2. Jan 2022 – Dec 2025

   Head of Engineering

   Ormae

   Built a supply chain planning platform on Spark, Kafka, ClickHouse and event-driven microservices processing billions of simulated data points. Grew the team of scientists, PMs and engineers to 45+, added reasoning agents and an MCP server, and led a five-year, $5MN project that delivered $400MN in savings.

3. Sep 2019 – Mar 2022

   Chief Technology Officer

   Samai

   Built a general-purpose business workflow platform with case processing and critical communication, launched first for tax return preparers in India.

4. Oct 2018 – Aug 2019

   Co-Founder & CTO

   Nexi

   With a team of three, built a microservices platform for dynamic cab routing, ride scheduling and rider-driver matching, along with driver and customer apps.

5. Jun 2017 – Sep 2018

   Technology Lead

   Exponential Machines

   Joined as a machine learning engineer and moved into the leadership team. Led 40+ engineers building a B2B platform for US BFSI clients covering claim processing, medical encoding and invoice reconciliation.

6. 2016 – present

   Founder

   Bestinhere

   Built the first version, a social travel network, on web, native Android and React Native; early user feedback was weak. With the problem still unresolved, a new version built for current needs is now live at bestinhere.com.

7. 2013

   Founder

   eattt

   Built eattt to enhance dining experiences, with mobile ordering for diners and a cloud POS for restaurants, and sold it to several restaurants in Hyderabad. Shut down as customer acquisition cost was too high to scale.

   Phone commerce startup founded by IIT Bombay alumni and acquired by Future Group; later shut due to group-level losses.
